Service Description

SwitchKit provides a feature flag management service that allows developers to toggle features on and off without redeploying their applications. We offer both free and paid plans with different features and limits.

User Responsibilities

As a user of SwitchKit, you agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials and API keys secure
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

  • Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Maintain accurate and current account information

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan at the stated intervals. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For refund requests, contact us at [email protected]

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

SwitchKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
